East Meon CE Primary School is a small but incredibly busy school. We have an energetic approach to learning, encouraging the use of exciting, hands-on activities to stimulate intellectual, physical and emotional maturity. We offer an education led by creativity, exploration and innovation. We are proud of our strong Christian values and our sense of community.

Our children are highly motivated learners, our teachers have high expectations and our school community is built on a positive ‘can do’ culture. The children are encouraged to take part in a diverse range of extra curricular activities to broaden and strengthen their life skills. Singing and performing is a strength of the school and every child has the opportunity to participate. We have excellent ICT facilities. Our systems support both Mac and Windows to enable the children to make the very best use of IT to support their learning. We are now embarking on an ambitious project to make the most of our extensive outdoor grounds for learning and sports activities.
‘Inspiring a love of learning’ is our core purpose. We are serious about making learning fun or we find fun ways of making learning serious. At the heart of what we do lies the question ‘What opportunities are we creating for the children?’
