Remembrance

On Wednesday 11th November we held a special assembly, led by Rev Jane, to honour the two minutes silence for Remembrance Day.  The children thought about the brave men and women who lost their lives or were injured in conflicts past and present. 

 

Following our assembly, the year 6 children visited the war memorial in the village to lay a wreath and crosses to remember members of the village lost their lives in conflict.
